Refunds for Stripe payments related to consulting services.
Scope
This policy applies to Stripe payments for our consulting services.
Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment if no deliverables were provided.
- If work has started, partial refunds may be offered based on work completed.
How to Request
Email info@aud-management.com with your name, date of payment, amount, and reason.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
